I was put on a contract of 18 months. I should be on the lowest plan they have but they have put my on a very expensive plan I am locked into for 18 months.
I pay insurance and as i had my phone stolen and didn't realise until the next morning I thought the insurance would cover my calls. Wrong - As I hadn't reported it until after the calls were made I now have to pay £72 the thief dialled in calls.
So I have now been waiting 9 days for a new sim card which they have sent by royal mail (which are on strike)and so have to pay my contact plus $72 even though I have had no phone for 9 plus dyas. I feel this is not acceptable and would not recommend Orange.
