I also have had problems with the Create and Craft Club. I think they block you so you have to ring to get it unblocked. They don't reply to emails within the timescale they say and why should we pay premium rate telephone calls to get what we have already paid for

    I found this review very helpful because... I have the same experience. It must be one of the biggest cons on tv Their P&P is astronomical, Customer service is nil. Everything can be bought cheaper elsewhere (even after club discount.
