I been driving 30yrs, but FOOTMAN JAMES has been my WORST CAR INSURANCE company EVER! 1st & last time used.DISGUSTING SERVICE.Took months to payout.Incompetant staff mistakes they said was my fault, cos it was "my claim & should of kept chasing it up"!!Didn't pay enough to cover costs. Still waiting for my documents to be returned after repeated phone calls to them!!!Claim filed in MAY'09..is now 28th SEPT'09 & still waiting!!!Tax has run out & can't renew it without policy!!Now can't park on road with my yearly paid permit!!I asked themfor advice but did not help me throughout whole claim!! WISH I KNEW BOUT REVIEW BOARD BEFORE.
