Bought a car at the Cardiff Branch Summer 08, Found the staff very helpful and patient. My partner and I looked at lots of cars and came back several times before making our minds up. Have since recommended them to many friends and family members (partners nephew bought his new car there just last week (Jul 09). The only thing I would comment on as a negative is the lengthy finance procedure. But I guess it can't be helped, they seemed to be as efficient as possible. I have bought from supermarket outlets in the past, but The Car Shop Megastore is by far the best. See you in a couple of years.
