I have 3 phones on contact with Orange, and I recently called to upgrade, and frankly they didn't want my business. I have been on this contract since 1998, and the deal they were offering me was rubbish! When i said i could get a better deal elsewhere they put me through to the disconnection section, who were just as rude! I understand that they are being taken ovr by T mobile, and frankly good riddance to Orange staff. I have an 02 work phone, and the network coverage is much better with 02, so I will be giving them my business from now on!
