I have used Interparcel for the best part of 4 or 5 years at a guess. They are not perfect but generally speaking, good value. That is unless you use the DHL option. I booked DHL via Interparcel to ship an expensive item to Italy. Insured to the max of £1000 but it was worth a lot more and knw it was a gamble. DHL sent it to IRELAND! When they finally traced it, promised to ship to Italy by express, guaranteed to be there within 2 days. 5 days later it had not arrived. Turns out the goons at DHL had sent it by ROAD, via UK!! Then they couldn't find it....so much for the TRACKED service. Asked for tracking data...not available. Asked for an explanation, denied. All along, it wasn't their fault (of course not...my stupid error for trusting DHL!!!!) Two years later, tried them once more at the request of a customer. They turned up to collect but refused to accept it as it was outside my front door instead of inside. "Could have been tampered with mate, terrorists" We lived in a quiet, exclusive area with a mile driveway and armed police patrolling (royal neighbours) Guess what? DHL are history in my business eyes.
