A polite and very confident Anglian sales manager came to our house to carry out a survey for our conservatory. He wouldn't give a straight answer about his experience as a surveyor, but being a surveyor myself I know that taking an an hour to do a survey and produce a quotation is too quick! In fact his quote was about twice what I expected, so I looked at his costs and the inflated cost was the groudworks. It doesn't take a genius to work out that £10k is too much for foundations! Either he thought I was stupid or he was clever, and I realised he was there just to sell us the windows. I have read other reviews, and in a nutshell... ALARM BELLS!
