I am really surprised that so few people have have bothered to report the complete fiasco that awaited anyone who had booked a hire car that used Auriga Crown. Arrived on Saturday 12th September before 6pm and didn't get in my car until after 9pm.
The queue didn't look good but the speed of service and number of people dealing with them made for a horrendous wait. There was really only one person dealing although three employees were about at various times. It took them 50 minutes to deal with just ONE person (he got a round of applause when he finished)
I SHALL NEVER use this company again or any agent that suggests using this company - You have been warned!!!
