This is the worst company we have ever had to deal with. We are a professional carpentry firm and we have installed a kitchen from Rock Solid kitchens. We withheld £100 on the bill because there was so much missing from our order. The £100 was much less than 10% of the bill and we thought by withholding funds they might deliver the missing items quicker. We called to try and get the missing items delivered but they never came and we were verbally abused by their so called customer services dept. We were forced to go and buy the missing items form Howdens at a significant extra cost that we have had to pay because we agreed a price with our client.
The cheek of it all is that Rock Solid Kitchens are now taking us to court for the £100 that we haven't paid - this is despite us getting the first delivery in June and us still not having the missing parts by the end of Sept!!! and it having cost us a significant amount just to make sure our client got the kitchen they were promised.
I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone. We are currently disputing their claim (which was sent to the wrong address in an attempt to not get a response from us within the required time frame thus allowing a CCJ to be issued for immediate payment).
