I used Top UP TV a while back and caused me loads of problem. The box never worked! When it first arrived, I had to send it back cos but when it came back, they gave me a new problem on top of the original problem to deal with. If this wasn't bad enough, cancelling my subscription with them was extremely difficult. I'm with Sky now and they are really bad with all the same problems especially with their customer service but even they are a step up to topuptv. Sky provide bad service but enough people use them so they never care to improve their service. Topuptv provide worse service and since very few use them, they make it impossible for you to leave.
