This is a review of the customer service as Currys Silverlink and Curry Team Valley.
Two weeks ago i purchased a Beko fridge for £90 cheaper than the same fridge in Comet (and Currys price match, so if you find a product cheaper elsdewhere they will match the price for you). The staff were friendly and helpful and the ordering process was smooth. While the delivery changes were a little hard to understand as the staff in Silverlink didn't seem to understand them, the speedy delivery was still cheaper than for the like of Ikea where we'd looked at other fridges. The fridge was due to be delivered on the Sunday, and unfortunately the delivery driver phoned in ill, causing the fridge to be delivered on the Monday enstead. However, the staff were friendly at all points, when they rang to re-arrange delivery they were apologetic and showed the right amount of determination to help in any way they could. On the Monday the fridge was delivered in the allocated time slot and to our approval.
Following a terrible experience with rude Comet staff i have now ordered a cooker (Indesit £319.99) from Currys at Team Valley (ordered yesterday). Again the staff were friendly and plesant, and not pushy (unlike Comet staff)and the ordering process was smooth, this time the staff explained the charges fully. the stsff had also checked if they could order the cokker i'd wanted from Beko Comet in for me, which unfortunately they couldn't but they took the time to look. Their professional and friendly service persuaded me to order the Indesit cooker from them. Delivery of my cooker should be tomorrow, so if that goes to planm Currys get a big thumbs up from me.
