Ironically, our clothes smell worse after being "washed" in this LG WM2032HW machine than they did prior to going in the machine. In our opinion, there should be a factory recall or class action law suit because of how poorly this product performs. We regularly experience error messages for no apparent reason, and the mildew smell, especially on towels, is horrendous. The time that it takes to do one load of laundry is at least double that of using a typical top-loading machine. According to what we've seen, LG is not standing behind its products; therefore, we will not purchase from LG again.
