Pet planet proudly display the percentage of orders shipped within 2 working days at the top of their homepage (90% apparantly at time of writing... although I do not believe this for one minute!!!) I must be one of the unlucky 10% that waited 10 days (yes 10 days!!!) before I received my goods. The parcel was poorly packaged, damaged tins and missing dog treats. Emails have so far gone unanswered. Unhappy ex customer and unhappy dog!!
