The absolute gutter when it comes to service. Do not be taken in by what seem to be great,cheap offers. It took me 6 months and 13 days from the day I signed my contact to get my broadband up and running. They gave away the phone number I had for years and I couldn't get it back.
I made 138 calls to Talk Talk customer service, wrote 9 emails and 2 official letters of complaint as directed by Othelo and still I had no help or contact from anyone other than a call centre in India. you've been warned!!!
