The Safestyle UK salesman was just like any other double glazing salesman who works on commission only, the safestyle staff are, in my experience, unpleasant to deal with, but the fitters were great. Their offer of BOGOF is a complete facade, as they don't actually supply the windows the offer is on, instead promoting the diamond range which they offer as the superior brand. Furthermore, even if you insist on the inferior type, you'll get the diamond range anyway. Therefore, for this blatant lying I would avoid them, even though the fitters did a very good job.
Best employ a firm through word of mouth.
