joining the post office is the worst thing we have ever done,we moved into a new house and an engineer came to test to see if we had a line in,plugged the phone in and had an instant dialing tone,yet when we received our first bill,we were charged for a new line £110 we argued the point but in the end gave up and paid it,A couple of months ago we moved house and low and behold the same thing happened again,charged another £100 for a line that was already there.and from reading other reviews this is a common occurance,we have today left the post office to join another provider,we are going to fight to get our money back but dont fancy our chances.i would never reccomend this company,avoid at all costs.
