First time flying with Virgin Atlantic Airways must admit i was worried after reading a number of negative reviews. Checked in online going out and coming home and this worked without a hitch, seats remained the same when we checked in. Food was fine, going out they fed us forever it just kept coming! A comment from another passenger was that she'd never felt so full!! Yes alcohol ran out but going out there were numerous stag and hen parties all wanting a good time. Seating is rather cramped if your over 6ft like my husband but on a 10hr flight who wouldn't be cramped.
Personally I would fly virgin again as my experiance was a good one
