I bought my kitchen from the Chester showroom and was impressed the minute i walked through the door. The layout is impressive and all of the staff were helpful without being pushy. The design stage was simple and uncomplicated. When the kitchen arrived i was really impressed with the quality and the fact that they are rigid built NOT flat pack! I had one door with a slight dent, but the store arranged the replacement immediatley and were more than accomodating. The after care was excellent throughout and i am more than made up with my new German kitchen. I would definetley recommend Kutchenhaus.
