In December 2008 i purchased two tickets from The Online Ticket Shop costing £280 + £7-50 delivery these being one of the better seats. We where informed that the tickets would not be delivered until two weeks before the event.
This was a special surprise for my wife for Christmas. When the time arrived to recieve the tickets they were not forthcoming. We contacted them by email,three days latter they sent a reply ( tickets delayed at printers.)
On the25/9/09 I phoned it took 10mins to answer. They told me my tickets were at there office and they close at 5-00pm the show I was attending was on 26/9/09. A courier was sent at further cost. When we recieved the tickets they were valued at £60 each
