ordered a product from Parts Train overnight shipping they sent me an e-mail saying order processed and approved. two days later I call to see where my stuff is and they regret to inform me they're out of stock, the day I was supposed to receive the product. so I call and speak with a supervisor he said he would search the inventory at the other warehouse and call me back in two hours. I called him back 4 hours later he said he found one and he would send it overnight and charge just for ground shipping. I needed this part urgently so I made sure he had it and that I would receive my product for real this time he told me I had nothing to worry about. next day I get an e-mail saying they're out of stock. This is a horrible company with horrible service its run by complete morons.
