Choosing a new hosting solution for a website should, in theory, be an easy decision. However, with some many companies offering the same service, I chose CWCS after doing my research and I am pleased to say that they have exceeded my expectations. If anything, they have now set a standard which I would measure against any other hosts.



Customer Service : Impeccable. They genuinely were interested in making sure that my migration went smoothly, and that any questions I had were answered professionally and competently.



Knowledge : Superb. They know their stuff and were able to deal with a complex post migration issue expertly.



Value for Money : Priced about right. As a quote once said, "If you think the professionals are expensive, you should try using the amateurs"



I'm also impressed that they will contact their customers from time to time to check that the service is delivering business or personal needs.
