E and L Pet Insurance are disgraceful and embarrassing. We're currently disputing a totally legitimate claim which E&L are refusing to pay out for. Admittedly it's come of no surprise to find they are trying to find any excuse they can to not process our claim after our vets warned us of their reputation back when the treatment started for our dog back in June.

Their arguments are based on total fabricated 'evidence' and they contradict themselves time and time again. Quite simply, it has become apparent that no-one within the business is capable of interpreting and understanding actual facts. Not even at 'management' level.

It would appear that E&L expect anyone who takes out a policy with them to be a qualified professional or at least have a crystal ball that allows you to forewarn them of illnesses and conditions that will require medical attention at some point in your pets life. Unfortunately this isn't stated in their terms and conditions.

A copy of all correspondence has now somehow managed to land on the laps on those at watchdog. I wonder how or why that happened? Oh thats right... for justice.

We've been a loyal customer to E&L and this is our first claim after our dog, unfortunately fell ill earlier this year, and this is how they repay you for your custom.
