Assured when I started with Barclays that all Business Accounts were handled in UK with no Indian call centres used. Immediately I discovered all IT was handled in India. Later I dicovered that ALL business goes through India. Getting hold of your business manager means hanging on at the Indian call centre until they can track him down, after asking for your account and pass details 3 times... there must be a better way!!!
