My main complaint is with the delivery. I ordered over $6,000 in cabinets from the Brooklyn,NY Ikea. I was made to wait for hours for the items to be pulled from Ikea and then loaded onto skids. There were hundreds of pieces. I was expected to check that Ikea pulled all the correct pieces before the delivery service would accept the boxes to deliver, and that was only part of the order other Items were not in stock and needed to to sent to the the deliver service. When the order was delivered to my home, I was then again expected to check that Ikea sent all the parts. Which they didn't. I had to return to the store 4 times for missing and wrong parts. Since it was more than 48 hours after the delivery that Traemand ( the installation service Ikea offers) started the installation, I had to fight with the customer service department. All I can say is that it was a nightmare that I would never do again!!!!!!!!!
I must give credit to cabinet sales and the Traemand folks. They were the only professional durning this insane experience.
