1 - my car has been with their "approved" garages 'Just car clinic' for over a month now and they don't inform me of anything. i have to phone up myself to find out what is going on.

2 - the people one the phone are absolutely rubbish, they TRY to help you but never do anything right. they say they will call me tomorrow....but as expected i receive no phone calls.

3 - the claims department is also rubbish. the people who handle the claims are supposed to be on your side but always contradict what you say. They want out of the claims process the easiest, what i mean is they will not hesitate to put you at fault regardless of what you say to them. You give them witnesses.. they will TRY to phone them.. but as expected they will say to you "no one answered".

Direct line do not provide courtesy cars as a standard! It is an additional service you have to add onto your comprehensive cover! Whats even more stupid, you can only have the courtesy car for a maximum of 21 days, after that they take it back! Absolutely rubbish as they take at least 2 months in repairing a car properly.
