I do not see why people are complaining about LOVEFiLM. They are an excellant company. I have been with them since February 2009 and have never had any problems with them. On the odd occasion a disc isn't sent on the same day but is always the next working day.
Their customer services are absolutely fantastic. All very friendly and have never had a problem with any of their staff.
Only slight drawback would be when signing up even for a free trial you have to give credit or debit card details. But LOVEFiLM says this is for a number of reasons eg to cover themselves if anything goes missing.
All round an absolutely fantastic service. Well done LOVEFiLM.
