Bathstore are to be avoided at all costs, unless you are the kind of person who enjoys replacing their Bathroom every 18 months.

If you have a refund outstanding from this store then waste no time and issue County Court Claim against them. This can be done online for £35. This is the only thing that motivates them. It seesm to be working for me. The Sale of Goods Act governs items sold to consumers tat are not fit for purpose....use it! we pay taxes for legislation such as this.

BATHSTORE.

All items containing a valve have had to be replaced. Basin taps, Bath Taps, Shower diverter valve and Thermostatic mixer valve. All items have had to be replaced with cheaper but better goods with a 10 or 15 year guarantee (unlike Bathstore's 1 year !!! guarantee). So much time wasted and disappointment. What a shame.


Tip buy from an independent outlet and check guarantees.

Bathstore Goods: NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!!! send em back to China!

    I found this review very helpful because I am about to redo my bathroom and have been using their website to get ideas on style (and possibly to buy from them in one simple package). But now I think I'll support my local independent supplier instead and get something similar.

    Dont agree with you ~ Im sorry you have some problems .
    The items we bought are very good & the bath is wonderful & has now been in place for 3 years without problems.
    The staff were very helpful & gave us lots of tips & advise at the time .
    Would buy from them again.

    I found this review very helpful because...
    After reading this and many others, I had already had a bad feeling about the order that we made with the bath store.
    I went back to the store to confirm some things about my order ..
    Am I glad I did that? They had moved my delivery date by two weeks and said that someone from their Warehouse had already advised me of this (BULLSH$%).... I told them no one had called me, I tried to arrange the date that my builder could come to do the work but unfortunately he was very busy So I went back got my money back and told them were to sick it. Never felt better believe me.

    Went to my local smaller retailer and have purchase better goods at a slightly cheaper price, and the goods arrive two day early (and they called me to find out if anyone would be home). Why can't every purchase be like this? .
