we requested via ARGUS a car for a holiday in the Algarve in August and recieved an E-mail from a company called Cartrawler saying they could not supply the requested car but would locate something similiar. We received no contact from them so sent an E-mail requesting return of our deposit. This never happened and they still refuse to return the deposit saying they did send an E-mail and say it is attatched to the enclosed E-mail but not so. After several E-mails requesting return of my deposit I am still being given the runaround still no copy of this ellusive E-mail they claim to have sent
