I was on a £15/month contract with O2 and when I decided to move to another provider, I was told that O2 will charge me £15 for the remainder of the one month that was left on my contract. I agreed as I wanted to move to another provider who were offering a much better deal.But now O2 has charged me £30/month.They said is a system generated charge and nothing can be done about it. They gave me conflicting information on three occasions and this is a new way to get more money out of the customer who is moving on to another provider.
