I went to specsavers B,ham on the 11Th Sept to have an eye test and buy new specs i picked two pairs and they told me they would be ready next Friday,that's OK so i went in the following Saturday about 10.40 they told me they would not be ready until 1 o,clock, so i walked around for two and half hours went back (not ready) told me another hour,so i walked out of the shop in disgust,went home E-mailed customer service who says E-mails will be answered in 24 hours, I am still waiting for a reply.
