I booked to have an oven picked up to be delivered to me. They picked it up on monday. On friday it had not arrived so I phoned Interparcel to see what the problem was. The oven door had been smashed and I can;t claim because the door was glass. When I asked why no-one had contacted me , I was told The person who sold it had been contacted, But I was the one who paid for the delivery. This is why we are in the state we are in this country today, they just don't care about any level of service to the customer, but they want your money.I clearly stated it was an oven, so it should have told me it would not be insured.Needless to say I would not use them again.I don.t want to give any stars to them but had to give one,Stupid mandatory fields.
