booked 4 doors manual a/c car for 2 weeks in july from auto europe car hire kalamata airport in greece
after 2 days the hand brake did not work, the back doors would not open (not a child lock problem as checked) it was a problem with the central locking, the air con did not work from the 1st day, after 3 days the clutch was failing on hill starts, one of the tyres had very little air in it
we did try calling the company but they were many miles away and they told us to take the car to get it fixed but we did not do that as did not know if we would get the money back plus we would have been without a car
when returning the car at kalamata airport we did complain but were just told sorry we had problems - no offer of compensation
raised complaint on 7th august told they have 28 days to resolve complaint - various emails later still no resolution and it is now 25th septemeber
