I ordered a top-notch first class hardwood Orangery and new porch. Amdega provided me with a very basic economy softwood structure that leaks, has warped, does not meet Building Regs and according to my Chartered Surveyor is worth one third of the price I paid. The structure I have is also nothing like the superb brochure photos upon which I based my decision. Amdega have ignored all of my complaints and have done nothing at all to rectify the very major issues, instead hiding behind their very onerous Terms & Conditions.
Would I recommend AMDEGA? Only to someone that I disliked intensly and wanted to upset as much as possible.
