Esporta is a joke, if you try to change your payment day you get the contract shoved in your face, they help themselves to late payment fees and worst of all when i complained about the lack of staff, support and guidance they claim to posess i was offered free complimentary sessions when i'm a member!
the gym in Enfield is dark gloomy and you get air con blasting at you from short range, one time i was using a rowing machine and stopped to take a drink i realised that the machine had moved back about a foot meaning i was close to hitting the wall, the carpet was not stuck to the floor!
the showers are slippery and could do with better drainage, the staff phone up to try to sell you things and is not worth the money at all!
