I flew with malaysian airlines twice and applied for enrich mileage program. Twice I have to call them to claim my mileage credit. I made sure to inform and show my enrich card to the check-in desk. But everytime my mileage was not credited. I don't know if they are cheating customer or their enrich customer service is not doing their job. Then when you call to claim they asked you to fax or email a copy of itinerary or boarding pass or itinerary. I never have any problem with NW, Ke, OZ, Dl airlines. Malaysian airline has the worst customer service.
