Well went to b and q today they have them new self service tills. Ive used them in other shops so was not worried about it, then all four tills started playing mine wont take more then 5 items we were told we now had to go to a main till, but with no staff on any other till a manager was called. we had been there 10 mins trying to pay for our goods we were in a bit of a hurry. When the manager finally arrives she got shirty with my mum. Not good at all B and Q are just thinking about their profits we wont use this store again.
