Oh how I wish I had been a "Mystery Shopper". Desparate for a good coffee called in to this cafe nero outlet with my partner. Ordered two Latte's. Girl taking order continued talking to her colleague and after preparing two cups, asked me very casually if I wanted "something" on my Cappacinno!(sic) I mentioned that I'd asked for Latte's at which she discustedly threw the prepared coffee's away and made two more. Grudgingly offered these to me and took my money. As soon as we could find a clean, cleared table, definately not easy, although not busy, we sat down and looked around. What a state, dared to go to the gent's. That was mistake to.

I have to say in defence of the chain, every other Cafe Nero I've tried has been good, particularly my local outlet in Ashford.
