I had a confirmation and stated quote prior to arrival. Upon receving the car the rate doubled. A day later I caught the error, contacted SIXT, and they acknowledged the error. Right now they are refusing to correct it. All I can say is review the paperwork very carefully before signing. SIXT has very poor business practices. I was ripped off by the old Bait and switch trick. Made an otherwise perfect trip tainted.
