No stars. I have a complaint currently with Nova hire. Upon arrival at Pisa airport I had to deal with Auto Europa. On the last day of hire there was a problem with the vehicle. Cut a long story short I am now in dispute with Nova trying to reclaim taxi fares. They are trying to claim they are only a broker and wont take any responsibilty for the company they use.
If they spent more time on customer service they may have got more favourable reviews on this site.
I have referred them to this site for feedback.
My advice, you get what you pay for, do not use this company unless you want grief if things go wrong.

    I had a similiar experience with Nova Car Hire in Ancona, Italy. At the end of my stay, I was first charged an additional euro.900 (which was subsequently credited) and was then charged for fuel, despite having filled the car to its maximum. Again, Nova denied any responsibility, claiming that they were only a broker.
