Put in an application for an Enterprise Finance Guarantee Scheme loan along with a comprehensive business plan and a detailed financial plan drawn up by one of the leading small business consultants in London SIX MONTHS ago. Natwest appeared very supportive and after a month said it was surprisingly rejected and agreed to raise this a higher level. Three months on my assistant and I tried to get in touch with him but no answer and this week learnt that it was rejected and they claimed that they sent me a letter. - we have been profitable for the last three years, not a loss making outfit so am ditching them - do not touch this bank at all!
