Flew Virgin to New York and cannot find fault. In particular all of the Virgin staff were brilliant. No queues at check-in even though the flight was pretty full, seats were very comfortable and the food was pretty good by airline standards.

The only thing that stops me giving 5 stars is the choice of partner airlines. Our return flight was operated by Continental which would win prizes for the airline with the rudest,most unhelpful and most obnoxious staff.

I would recommend flying Virgin, but only if both legs are operated by Virgin
