Don't use Europcar. They may seem cheaper than Budget or National or Avis. The final charges you incurred could be as much as you would spend going with the national brands. We reserved a minivan for 6 people and paid for a Renault Scenic equivalent but was given a Toyota Versa which sits 6 people utilizing the truck space, leaving us with barely any room for luggages. so we got a car that is lower category than what we paid for and for what we got we could have paid USD 200.00 less. On top of that, we got charged for some extra fees on the dates after we have returned the car and had already returned to US. Can't find a phone number on their website to contact for dispute. Too much of a hassle to go with them.
