Started a wallpapering project samples on display at Ellesmere Port branch told out of stock,went to Chester branch 12 mile round trip,purchased paper.bought one roll too many returned the UNOPENED roll to the Ellesmere port branch with the intention of buying electrical goods in exchange for the unused paper,to be told that it had to go back to the point of purchase(Chester)nothing on display to back this up.staff were less than helpful, stating rules are rules over and over again,I for one will not shop at BUY AND QUEUE again.
