This is a short story:
I booked on line through a comparison web site; the day after Holiday Autos called me to say the car I had booked was not available and they were going to give me a smaller car for the same price or the same car for a higher price. I said "no way". I had a hot discussion on their way of handling reservations and he offered me the same car for £4 more total. I said "fine", let's do it. The day after, my quote arrives through email, I call to confirm (10p/minute...) and the receptionist tells me that, as I don't have a flight number, the car is not available anymore....ARE THEY CRAZY??????
