I was surprised to see negative reviews of the AA. I used them for about 6 years with my car (until I got a new car that had free RAC cover).

I only had to use them a couple of times, but both times they were excellent. They came out very quickly indeed, the guys that came out were knowledgeable, polite and efficient.

One time my car broke down at home and I didnt have the home cover, but they were kind enough to upgrade me on the phone so that I could get someone to come out to repair my car.

Would highly recommend the AA to anyone looking for a quality service at an affordable price
