Dropped my iPhone and damaged the screen and immediately made a claim with Supercover Insurance. Was not happy to find that the claimline number is premium rate. This should be made very clear during purchase as no alternative is offered. At least when other companies do this they give you a free alternative such as contact via website. Personally I believe it is wrong to charge people for making a claim. That's what the insurance is for! And in my experience you have to contact it repeated to get the response you need. I've now been without my phone for more than a month and there's no indication when they'll be sending it back. Good points? Zero. Never again!
