Extremely disappointed with Oli. Ordered goods on 15/09 by phone, told items would be with me by 17/09. Stayed in all day for delivery - didn't arrive. Phoned on 20/09 and again on 21/09 to be told would be dispatched on 23/09. Sent email on 23/09, phoned again and sent another email today, 24/09. Told no way of chasing order and cannot re-order as now sold out. Can you believe, I've already received invoice for items that I've not even received! £4.95 delivery fee - what a joke!
