I took out insurance with Sureterm Direct Car Insurance thinking I had a great deal. The money they said on the phone is not what I am now paying. It's more! Also, I still have not received my insurance certificate. I have filled out all the paper work and believe me there is a lot of paper work. They sent me a cover note which expiries before my car tax is due. They said they will send me another cover note shortly. In the mean time my car will have to be parked up.
