I bought some hardboard in the Chippenham B&Q store to use in a youth work project. They cut it up for me really quickly, I did not have to wait around for service and I was delighted with the self service method of payment that has been installed. I am really impressed with the staff who talked me through using the machine, as I have never used one before. I will definitely recommend it to friends, and because they cut up the hardboard for me, it has made my husband happy, with one less job for him to do. It would have been useful to know that it was free to get wood cut to size, maybe there needs to be a poster!
