Absolutely disgusted with the customer service from Aviva for Car Insurance. I have made 4 calls spead over 2 hours being passed around from 1 call centre person to another, none of who could understand basic English - surely a pre-requisite when dealing with English customers?

They sold me the policy no problem - then sent an amended bill and took extra money off me, even though it was Aviva's mistake. Half the details on the policy incorrect as the girl was Indian. They said that they would listen to the original phone call recording and call me back - suprise, suprise - call never happened.

I am 49 years old and this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Gave 1 out of 5 but should be 0 out of 5 really as an absolute disgrace.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE No one use Aviva until they treat customers with respect and can provide a service that is not based on the cheapest possible solution irrespective of quality.
